Insurance for injuries from accidents - Guide to "Gakkensai" -

Personal Accident Insurance for Students Pursuing Education and Research ("Gakkensai") is a nationwide system to indemnify students for the number of days that medical treatment is needed for injury suffered during regular curricular activities, extracurricular activities, while commuting to or from university, or while in the premises of a school facility.
This is an insurance plan in which national, municipal and private universities nationwide are enrolled, and all students attending Osaka University are required to participate in it.
For"Gakkensai" Insurance , please complete the application registration and payment at the University Co-op Online (EC site) by the day before the date of enrollment in principle.

・Credit card information (only for those who pay by credit card)

・You are required to pay the amount (coverage for commuting accidents included) listed in Table 　
　1-3. You cannot choose personally-owned add-on provisions.
