学生教育研究災害傷害保険（「学研災」）及び「学研賠」のご案内

学研災は、大学・短大・高専等の学生が、教育研究活動中に被った災害に対して 必要な給付を行い、高等教育機関における教育研究活動の充実・発展に寄与することを目的とした災害補償制度です。

学研災付帯賠償責任保険（付帯賠責）は、国内外において、学生が正課、学校行事、課外活動（注1）及びその往復で、他人にケガを負わせた場合や他人の財物を損壊した場合等により、法律上の損害賠償責任を負担することにより被る損害を補償します。 大阪大学はAコースのみ加入できます。

This insurance protects you when you bear legal liability for damages arising from inflicting injuries to third parties or damaging any property belonging to third parties. Please be sure to read this handbook in preparation for unexpected accidents.
